Giano Agostini is the former CEO of Goodyear Tire & Rubber for Brazil, Mexico and Venezuela. In December 2014, Giano retired from Goodyear and decided to dedicate his time to human development.

Having had a successful 36 year tenure at a Fortune 500 company working in several areas capacitates him to be a Coach and Mentor for any professional regardless of background.

He is responsible for leading WMB Career Coaching and designing individualized programs for each specific talent as well as training and developing our team. Giano has a major in Chemistry from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz, Brazil and a MBA from Universidad Catolica de Chile.

He currently lives in São Paulo, Brazil leading projects out of our office in Miami, FL.
