Marcela is currently the Head of Outplacement & Career Coaching for WMB. Working with human development has always been her passion. Earlier in her career, Marcela gained extensive experience in Human Resources, with Unilever and Novartis Pharmaceuticals, having worked internationally in multi-cultural environments for 15 years. She is an expert in Coaching, Talent & Organizational development, High Performance Teams and Change Management.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Brazil, a specialization in Organization and Climate Mgmt from Faculdade Getulio Vargas - Brazil, and an in-company M.B.A., from Florida International University, USA.  She has also graduated in Executive Coaching, from Columbia University, NY.

Marcela is Brazilian and lives in Miami, Florida, with her family since 2014.
