Rafael Gregori has over fifteen years of experience in Executive Search having dedicated most of his career searching talents in banking & insurance, private equity firms and family-owned business. At a young age he became an entrepreneur and led the agglomeration of a successful partnership called FLOW Executive Finders based out of São Paulo, Brazil. Years later, after carefully considering expanding into the US market, he decided to spearhead Word of Mouth Boutique (WMB Partners) in 2016 and established their first office in Miami, FL. That same year, he invited Roberto Laub to join the startup as a business partner. Together they have built a cohesive team, geographically dispersed, and successfully placed executives nationwide. WMB has become known for working predominantly with clients from financial markets, private equity backed portfolio companies, or transformational environments.

Rafael is an American citizen born in New York city with a multicultural background having graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Major in Finance. As a professional hobby, he hosts a podcast where he interviews immigrants who are entrepreneurs in the United States, called MADE IN USA Podcast. He lives in Boca Raton, FL with his beautiful wife and kids.
