His senior experience having had full responsibility for all functional areas of large multinational organizations enables Roberto to deeply understand clients and candidates in a unique way, with great empathy and business acumen.

Roberto graduated from Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil, with a major in Economics, having completed Executive Development Programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He lives in Miami, FL with his wife. Their two daughters are on their own path into medical and legal careers.
